Un gentil vecchietto,
durante la sua passeggiata quotidiana, entra in un bar con la speranza di poter gustare il suo whisky in tutta
serenità, tuttavia non sarà possibile. Un gruppo di uomini prepotenti crea problemi costringendo l'anziano signore
a sfoderare un'inaspettata abilità nell'utilizzo del suo bastone da passeggio; affascinato, il barista incomincia a
chiacchierare con l'anziano combattente, che racconta la sua storia.



Molto tempo prima, un giovane artista di strada, di nome Christopher Dubois, si
guadagnava da vivere con degli spettacoli insieme ad un gruppo di ragazzini senzatetto, ai quali provvedeva egli stesso.
Fuggendo dalla polizia, in seguito a una confusa vicenda, gli si presenterà l'occasione che gli cambierà la vita.
Venduto come schiavo su un'isola, sarà avviato da un vecchio maestro alla via del guerriero Muay Thai. Venuto a
conoscenza dell'esistenza di un torneo, una prova, che si terrà in gran segreto e al cui vincitore sarà consegnata
un'immensa statua d'oro dalla forma di drago, decide di partecipare a qualunque costo.
